The Land Behind Every Gathering
Fabel Farms is a working farm and apiary shaped by three generations of family stewardship in the Cedar Creek community of Upper Richland County.

Cultivated by One Family for Three Generations
Long before the property welcomed weddings and events, it was a place where the Fabel family worked the land and shared what it produced with the surrounding community. Owner Josh Fabel continues that tradition, carrying forward the work once done by his grandfather, grandmother, and uncle for more than 50 years.
Today, the 104-acre farm brings agriculture and hospitality together. It remains grounded in the daily rhythms of a working property while offering guests a setting that feels open, welcoming, and connected to something real.
THREE GENERATIONS | MORE THAN 50 YEARS | 104 ACRES

A Sweeter Side of the Farm
The apiary supports the farm’s connection to the land and the pollinators that help it thrive. It also gives Fabel Farms a distinctive story that can appear through local products, educational moments, event details, and thoughtful gifts.
For events, apiary-inspired elements should remain refined and optional. The goal is to add a memorable sense of place without turning every celebration into a themed experience.

Authentic Farm Character
The chickens and other working areas are part of everyday life at Fabel Farms. They contribute to the property’s character and agricultural identity while remaining thoughtfully separated from primary ceremony, dining, and guest spaces.
When appropriate, farm elements may become part of a visit, photo opportunity, children’s activity, or seasonal experience. Participation should always be optional and guided by the farm.

From Our Farm to the Community
Fabel Farms continues to make farm products available through select sales channels and restaurant relationships. Availability changes with the season and the work of the farm, so customers are encouraged to contact Josh for current information.
